1. Registration

1.1 Registration of Drawing Right’s workshop is through our website or via email to hello@drawingright.co. For enquiry, please call (65) 9800-6878.

1.2 All courses are subject to confirmation. Drawing Right will send a confirmation email and WhatsApp message to participants two (2) days before the class’s start date.

1.3 Participants acknowledge and accept that course confirmation will only be issued up to two (2) days prior to the scheduled start date. It is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure their availability and flexibility within this timeframe.

2. Payment

2.1 Registration will only be confirmed upon Drawing Right’s receipt of full payment from the registrant.

2.2 Payment of course fees constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein. Payment can be made via:

• E-payment (SGQR code) through your bank’s payment app.

• Internet banking

• Cheque

2.3 SCAM ALERT: Drawing Right will never ask for your credit card or bank account details. If in doubt, please call 9800-6878.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 If registrant cancels a registration, NO refunds will be made.

3.2 If "No-show" on first day of class or after class start date, NO refunds will be made.

3.3 If Drawing Right cancels a class due to insufficient enrolment, Drawing Right will make a full refund of the course fees already paid by the registrant. Refunds will be made via bank transfer/ PayNow.

3.4 Drawing Right reserves the right to cancel any class at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason for such cancellations. In the event that the registrant's class is cancelled prior to its commencement; Drawing Right will make a full refund of the course fees already paid by the registrant. In the event that the registrant's class is cancelled after its commencement; Drawing Right will reschedule the remaining class sessions.

4. Make up Classes

4.1 Drawing Right DOES NOT offer make up classes; registrant can request in writing to join another class schedule for the particular session missed only (subject to confirmation and availability).

4.2 Drawing Right will not be responsible for rescheduling any missed classes. Registrants will have to email hello@drawingright.co to arrange; subject to confirmation and availability.

5. Disclaimer and Indemnity

5.1. Neither Drawing Right nor its employees make any representations, warranties or guarantees that any registrant will obtain any particular result, including, without limitation, mastering any particular discipline or skill or achieve any other tangible result.

5.2. Drawing Right or its employees shall not be liable to any registrant or any third party for any personal injuries or any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or for lost profits) resulting from the registrant's application for or attendance of any course conducted by Drawing Right and within the premises of Drawing Right.

5.3. The registrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drawing Right, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claim, demand or legal proceeding, including legal expenses, made by any third party or arising from or out of the registrant's breach of the terms and conditions herein. 

6. Permissions & PDPA

6.1 By signing up, the registrant grants Drawing Right permission to use his/her likeness in a photograph in any and all publications, materials, websites and online platforms without payment or consideration made to them.

6.2 The registrant acknowledges that these photos become the property of Drawing Right and will not be returned.

6.3 The registrant authorises Drawing Right to use, edit, copy, publish or exhibit any photo for any lawful purpose and waives the right to review any photo or to obtain royalties from the photo.
