See
differently.

Drawing Right uses drawing and creative experiences to make thinking visible, challenge familiar assumptions and open up new possibilities for how we think, work and lead. We work with organisations developing people and teams, and with individuals learning to draw through our signature five-session programme.

FOR ORGANISATIONS

Not learn to draw, but draw to learn

Drawing can seem far removed from the workplace. That's precisely what makes it useful — it takes people out of familiar ways of thinking and gives them a concrete experience to observe, reflect on and discuss. We use that experience to build stronger leadership, more open mindsets, closer teams and renewed wellbeing. No artistic ability required.

Our clients that take learning seriously.

Selected organisations we have worked with include AVIVA, Credit Suisse and Allison+Partners.

Why
drawing?

Because more than a skill, it’s another mode of thinking.

Our approach uses drawing to bring aspects of how we see, think, feel and relate out into the open, where they can be noticed, examined and explored. Through purposeful facilitation, we help people make sense of what emerges and connect what they discover in the drawing to situations beyond it.

Our Client’s Experience

Our experience with Nicola and Tricia's program was nothing short of transformative. Unlike other programs where change is presented as abstract concepts, they made growth visible and real, and moved our team from theory to application. What stood out was how everyone, regardless of drawing experience, started from ground zero and quickly saw tangible changes and growth. It was truly incredible to see how our people shifted their mindset in just one day.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

You don’t have to be good at drawing to begin.

If you have little or no previous drawing experience, our signature five-session drawing programme is designed for you. Through small groups, structured exercises and personalised guidance, you’ll develop the skills to draw what you see with visible progress from the first drawing to the last.

What might become possible if you saw the challenge differently?

Bring us the organisational question, behaviour or transition you are working with. We will help you decide whether a creative intervention is the right fit, and what the experience needs to make visible.
